Start with a slightly damp toothbrush. Apply the ReBloom Care toothpaste to the toothbrush. A pea-sized amount of toothpaste (1ml) is sufficient. Do not rinse the toothbrush with water afterwards, so that the active ingredients remain optimally effective.

Brush for 120 seconds: slowly, precisely, covering all angles. This is your mini self-care moment, not a rush job. Let the brush do the work; do not press too hard.

Afterwards: spit, do not rinse. Do you want to rinse anyway? Then wait 30 minutes so that the formula can finish its work.
