Tracking your order |
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from PostNL. This email will contain all delivery information and a track & trace code per box, allowing you to track your order. Modifying or cancelling an order |
After placing your order, it is immediately sent to our warehouse so you can enjoy your products as quickly as possible. This is an automated process, which means it is not possible to modify your order after it has been placed. Did you forget to order something or want to make another change? Shipping costs / delivery costs |
Free delivery on orders of 30 euros or more. For a return, we charge €2.99. |

Delivery & delivery time |
We aim to dispatch your package within two working days. If you are unable to receive the order, you will find information in the PostNL app on where you can pick up the package. If you have given permission, the courier will attempt to deliver the package to your neighbours. More information can be found using your personal track & trace code. |
Incorrect delivery |
Although we do our utmost to deliver your order to your home on time and correctly, sometimes something can go wrong. Have you unexpectedly received the wrong products? Please contact us. We will ensure that you receive the correct products as soon as possible. |
