Start with a slightly damp toothbrush. Apply ReBloom Care toothpaste to the toothbrush. 1ml or a pea-sized amount of toothpaste is sufficient. Do not rinse the toothbrush with water afterwards, this way the active ingredients will continue to work optimally.

Brush for 120 seconds: slowly, precisely, covering all angles. This is your mini self-care moment, not a rush job. Let the brush do the work; don't push too hard.

Afterwards: spit out, do not rinse. Do you still want to rinse? Then wait 30 minutes so that the formula can finish its work.
